Previously, this project was a VBA-based program in which the customer had to do all business-related procedures. However, the complexity of traditional software was increased by the lack of online support. This project comprises three distinct AlphA files, each with its own distinct properties:

~ Commercial and Demo Files: These files can do a lot - they can make new sheets and change them around. And there's a special workbook added to the bottom of these files that makes everything work even better.

~ The Third File: This one is like the others, but it can't write on the sheets. And, unlike the first type, there's no special workbook at the bottom of this file.

So, basically, AlphaA (Excel Addin) verifies if these three files are valid or not based on the AlphA algorithm given by the client.

Our Excel Addin also does three important things:

1. Start Activation: When you click a button, it checks if everything is set up right. If it is, you get access to cool stuff, and the button changes.

2. Check Condition: This button checks the setup again, making sure everything is still okay.

3. SSO (Single Sign-On): We made signing in easier with this button. It remembers who you are and writes it down in a special place, like a diary for computer stuff. And there's more:

4. User Activity: This one helps you keep track of what people do. It's like a diary that writes down all the cool things people do on the computer. It verifies and adds a new log in the user log table.
